About the Orange Art Society Incorprated

The Orange Art Group was first formed in 1964 with an inaugral membership of 17. Later changed to the Orange Art Society, membership now stands at over 100. The Society provides classes and workshops in the Orange Cultural Centre, 22 Sale street Orange, opening at 10 AM most days. The weekly classes are held in various mediums including Oil, Watercolour, Pencil and Ink drawing and Pastels. Thoughout the year other workshops are held with well known artists. The Society also maintains a free Gallery at the Cultural Centre exhibiting members work, and all are welcome to come in and view. Most works are available for purchase. Other Exhibitions are held throughout the year to co-incide with other regional events.
